Key Duties & Responsibilities

As an Unemployed Learner Visual Merchandiser, you will support the commercial team in delivering excellent in-store execution. Your responsibilities will include:

• Executing daily call schedules across assigned bronze and tin outlets to achieve planned objectives.
• Implementing visual merchandising standards, including stock rotation and attractive in-store displays in line with brand guidelines.
• Ensuring product quality, availability, and visibility according to RED execution and scorecard standards.
• Completing the iRED survey and other merchandising performance tools.
• Supporting customers with placing orders through the MyCCBA platform.
• Assisting in the execution of promotional activities to boost brand visibility and sales.
• Providing relief support to the broader sales team as directed by the Account Developer.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and brand presentation in-store.
• Collaborating with Sales Team Members to achieve volume and growth targets.
• Learning and applying best practices in customer service and trade marketing.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications:

• Grade 12 with Maths or Maths Literacy (minimum 40% pass).
• Grade 12 with English and a second language (minimum 40% pass).
