Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for the following core duties (among others):

  • Render administrative functions and provide secretarial support to the Section Head or Station Commander.
  • Maintain and manage the Senior Manager’s diary, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
  • Assist with minute-taking during meetings and distribute minutes timeously.
  • Arrange travel logistics, including flights, accommodation, and ground transport.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence professionally and efficiently.
  • Maintain effective filing systems and record management for the office.
  • Provide administrative support for meetings, workshops, and official events.
  • Screen and direct telephone calls, visitors, and enquiries appropriately.
  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and documentation as required.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the manager.
