Key Responsibilities Successful candidates will be responsible for the following core duties (among others): Safely transport patients from registration points to various clinical areas within the hospital using wheelchairs, stretchers, or walking assistance. Transport corpses from wards to the mortuary with dignity, care, and adherence to protocols (where applicable). Assist with transporting patients to and from ambulances and private vehicles. Clean and disinfect stretchers, wheelchairs, and other equipment after each use to maintain hygiene standards. Ensure patients are moved comfortably and safely, showing empathy and respect at all times. Provide general support to nursing and clinical staff as required.
