Minimum Requirements

• Grade 9 / ABET Level 4 or equivalent (Grade 12 advantageous)
• Previous cleaning experience (preferably in a retail, mall or commercial environment)
• Ability to work shifts, weekends, public holidays and overtime when required
• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods, bend, lift and perform repetitive cleaning tasks
• Basic communication skills in English

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties throughout the mall (floors, walkways, escalators, lifts, toilets, food courts, entrances and common areas)
• Sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, vacuuming, polishing and dusting
• Empty bins and ensure proper waste disposal and recycling
• Clean and sanitise public toilets and restrooms regularly
• Maintain high standards of hygiene in high-traffic areas
• Clean glass doors, mirrors, handrails and surfaces
• Report any maintenance issues, spillages or safety hazards immediately
• Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly
• Assist with deep-cleaning and special projects when required
• Follow all company health, safety and hygiene protocols
