Programme Overview The Long Term Insurance Learnership combines structured classroom learning with practical workplace experience. You will be placed within the Discovery Health GAU Service Team, where you will support various functions including: Medical Aid client servicing Claims processing and administration New business onboarding Health benefits administration Customer query resolution The programme includes: Theoretical modules covering insurance principles, financial services, customer care, and business operations.
