Key Responsibilities As a Groups Agent, you will manage the end-to-end process of group bookings. Your duties will include: Booking and coordinating group reservations for various clients. Answering calls, emails, and other communications from passengers and prospective passengers. Taking meaningful action on enquiries — providing information, making changes, assisting with lost property, special needs, or creating new bookings. Verifying payments, capturing passenger details, and managing group changes. Generating accurate group quotations and guiding clients through the booking process. Providing timely and courteous responses to all client communications. Offering feedback to management on recurrent passenger issues for root-cause resolution. Establishing and maintaining trust and rapport with new and existing customers. Building and maintaining relationships with potential group clients. Ensuring all group bookings comply with FlySafair policies and procedures. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of FlySafair products, fares, and offerings. Assisting with administrative tasks and reporting as required. You will be expected to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to support the 24/7 nature of airline operations.
