Job Responsibilities: What You Will Do As a Handyman, you will handle minor repairs and maintenance to keep the building in good condition. Your key duties will include: Attending to minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry problems. Conducting regular inspections of the building and surrounding areas, then reporting findings to your supervisor. Assisting with the development of building maintenance schedules. Logging maintenance calls and requests for repairs. Assisting with wall-mounting installations. Repairing broken equipment and tools. Safekeeping and proper management of maintenance tools and equipment. Conducting monthly stock-taking of maintenance supplies and submitting reports. Performing monthly Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) inspections and reporting to the supervisor. Supporting OHS compliance by providing maintenance assistance.
