Key Performance Areas and Responsibilities

As a General Assistant, your daily work will be varied and hands-on. You will be responsible for the following key areas:

Stock Loss Management

• Report all damaged or expired stock immediately.

• Support shrinkage reduction initiatives.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum Grade 10 (NQF 3) with at least 1 year relevant work experience, OR
• Grade 12 with no experience required (entry-level friendly).
• Ability to communicate effectively in English and the dominant local language of the area.
• Valid South African ID or valid work permit.
• Basic numeracy skills for accurate calculations and transactions.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced retail environment.
