Detailed Duties and Responsibilities

As a Client Service Officer: PES, you will provide essential employment services support. Key responsibilities include:

  • Rendering registration services for work-seekers on the ESSA system.
  • Registering work and learning opportunities on ESSA.
  • Referring work-seekers for employment counselling and other support services.
  • Providing administrative support for the placement of work-seekers in employment and learning opportunities.
