Job Responsibilities: What You Will Do

As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will play a key leadership role in ensuring outstanding hygiene and safety standards across the site. Your main duties will include:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the cleaning team.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate cleaning schedules, records, and incident reports.
• Train cleaning staff on proper procedures, use of chemicals/equipment, and Tsebo protocols.
• Respond promptly to client queries and escalate issues when necessary.
• Monitor team performance and ensure high service delivery at all times.
• Enforce health and safety practices on site.

Requirements and Skills

Minimum Qualifications:

• Grade 12 / Matric Certificate.

Experience:

• 2–3 years’ experience in a cleaning environment.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory role.

Key Skills and Competencies:

• Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Health and Safety training (advantageous).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent team coordination and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards.
