Job Responsibilities: What You Will Do

As a Sales Associate, you will be the face of the Totalsports brand at Carnival City. Your key responsibilities include:

• Acting as a brand ambassador and delivering an amazing, memorable customer experience.
• Exceeding customer expectations by identifying their needs and offering the best product solutions.
• Actively tracking and working towards daily/weekly sales targets.
• Selling a diverse range of sportswear, footwear, and accessories while staying up to date with the latest décor and fashion trends.
• Identifying and creating new sales opportunities on the shop floor.
• Assisting with stock replenishment to ensure the store is always neat, fully stocked, and ready for customers.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum Requirement: Grade 12 (Matric)
• No previous retail experience is strictly required — passion and a positive attitude are more important!
