Key responsibilities include: Control over Sentence Plans: Update sentence plans based on CMC recommendations and feedback from responsible functionaries. Completion of Official Forms: Responsible for accurate completion and updating of G331 and G356 forms on the computer system. Referral and Feedback Management: Refer written decisions/recommendations of the CMC to the correct offices and ensure timely feedback is received. Profile Reports (G326): Compile, verify, and maintain accurate profile reports. Ensure all relevant information is included and refer reports to the Secretary of the CMC. Documentation Control: Keep the control page (G325) updated with all CMC decisions. Handle opening, closing, addressing, and filing of mail and documents. Representations and Verification: Verify information provided by offenders, check calculations of minimum detention periods and release dates, and ensure all submissions to the Head of the Correctional Centre are complete and accurate. Confidentiality: Strictly maintain confidentiality of all correspondence between offenders and the CMC. Safe Custody: Perform searches of venues and offenders, prevent unauthorised movement, and ensure accurate headcounts when offenders are received or returned to units. General Administration: Provide efficient administrative support to the Case Management Committee and maintain high standards of record-keeping.
