About the AFGRI Apprenticeship Programme AFGRI Equipment has proudly held the John Deere Agency since 1962 and operates a wide network of branches across South Africa. This apprenticeship consists of 3 years of in-service training toward a qualification as a Tractor Mechanic or Earthmoving Mechanic. Key Duties of the Apprentice Successful apprentices will be responsible for the following core duties (among others): Training to become a qualified Tractor Mechanic or Earthmoving Mechanic.
