About the RAF Customer Experience Centre Internship Programme

Key Performance Areas

Successful interns will be exposed to the following areas (among others):

  • Consultation – Assisting with managing queries, providing information to claimants, facilitating the signing of offers from the region, and attending outreach events where required.
  • Onboarding – Registration of new claims and Verification and Validation of new claims.
  • Merits – Assessing the nature of accidents in claims to establish the RAF’s liability.
  • General office administration, filing, and data capturing related to the claims administration process.
  • Supporting teams in project work and daily operational tasks.
  • Learning about RAF policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Minimum Requirements

  • Must be a South African citizen between the ages of 18 and 25.
  • Certified copy of Grade 12 / Matric certificate.
  • B degree / Diploma / NQF 7 in a relevant field.
  • Certified copy of your ID.
  • Certified copy of Academic transcript.
  • Your CV and motivational letter.
  • Verification process will be undertaken to confirm you have not worked full-time previously in the field.
  • Applicants must be unemployed and must never have participated in an internship programme in the relevant field previously.
