Key Responsibilities

As a Buyer Intern, you will support the Buying team with the following core tasks:

• Assist with daily buying administration, including order creation, amendments, and tracking.
• Manage samples and liaise with the Marketing team for photoshoots and campaigns.
• Conduct research on emerging styles, trends, and competitor activity.
• Support the buying team in selecting and curating future product ranges.
• Analyse sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to support buying decisions.
• Contribute fresh insights and creative ideas to elevate and strengthen product ranges.
• Collaborate with the Planning team to align product selections with business objectives.
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth buying processes and deadlines are met.
• Participate in range reviews, supplier meetings, and trend presentations.
• Help maintain accurate records and reports for buying activities.
• Stay up to date with fashion trends, consumer behaviour, and market developments.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications:

• Relevant Diploma or Degree in Fashion, Retail Business Management, Buying, Merchandising, or a related field.
