The ideal candidate will be energetic, knowledgeable about pre-owned vehicles, and capable of delivering high-quality customer service to assist clients in finding the right vehicle. Duties and Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: Actively engage with prospective customers. Vehicle Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of the car inventory to make informed recommendations to customers. Test Drives: Conduct test drives, demonstrating vehicle features and answering potential questions. Sales Knowledge: Understand costs, potential add-ons, and various pricing structures. Deal Facilitation: Work with the Finance and Insurance (F&I) department to finalize deals that satisfy both the customer and the dealership. Required Skills: Ability to build rapport with customers and qualify their requirements. Commitment to hitting sales targets. Ability to consolidate sales and guide customers through each stage of the deal. Excellent customer service and strong negotiation skills. Resilient, ambitious, and target-driven. Further Requirements: Minimum Grade 12. Previous car sales experience is advantageous. Proven track record with contactable references. Previous experience in customer service.
