Available Positions

1. Cashiers Cashiers are the face of the store and play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale.
• Handle cash, card, and other payment methods with care.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Promote current specials, loyalty programmes, and products.
• Maintain till accuracy and perform cash-up procedures.
• Assist with general store duties when required.
• Ensure a clean and organised checkout area.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 / Matric preferred.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous cashier or retail experience is advantageous.
• Honesty, reliability, and a positive attitude.
• Ability to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

2. Packers / Stock Assistants Packers and stock assistants keep the store running smoothly by ensuring products are received, stored, and displayed correctly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, unpack, and check incoming stock.
• Pack and replenish shelves and displays according to store standards.
• Maintain stockroom organisation and cleanliness.
• Assist with stock counts and inventory control.
• Prepare stock for the sales floor and support merchandising.
• Help with general store housekeeping and operational tasks.
• Support the team during peak trading periods.

Requirements:

• Grade 10 or Grade 12.
• Physically fit and able to handle stock.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Previous retail, packing, or stock experience is an advantage.
• Reliable and able to work flexible retail hours (including weekends).
