Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for the following core duties (among others):

• Efficiently execute all operational activities at the point of sale in a timely manner.
• Maintain high levels of accuracy when scanning merchandise and collecting payments.
• Action ClubCard rewards and promote the Clicks ClubCard to customers.
• Ensure safe handling of cash at all times and follow strict cash management procedures.
• Make customers aware of promotions to positively influence sales.
• Deliver superior customer service as a brand ambassador with a friendly and professional approach.
• Execute and maintain merchandising and general housekeeping duties according to store standards.
• Support the Group’s vision of being the customer’s first choice health and beauty retailer.
• Maintain updated knowledge on products, ranges, promotions, and events.
• Assist with stock management and replenishment on the shop floor.
• Solve customer queries and ensure satisfaction with every interaction.

Minimum Requirements

Essential:

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Basic maths calculations and numeracy skills.
• Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Desirable:

• Maths and English at 50% or higher at Grade 12 level.
• Computer literacy.
