Job Objectives

As a Sales Person, you will be responsible for:

• Performing daily sales activities to generate and exceed sales targets.
• Identifying customer needs and providing expert product advice.
• Delivering outstanding customer service and accurate product information.
• Maintaining high merchandising standards in the store.
• Prospecting for new sales opportunities.
• Completing sales administration duties according to company policy.
• Working effectively as part of a team while managing your own performance.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications:

• National Senior Certificate (Matric / Grade 12)

Experience:

• 1–2 years experience in a selling environment (essential).
• Retail or furniture sales experience (highly advantageous).
• Knowledge of retail furniture procedures and products (advantageous).

Knowledge & Skills:

• Computer literacy (MS Office).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
• Passion for customer service and furniture retail.
