Key Responsibilities

Sell life insurance telephonically
Achieve and exceed sales targets
✅ Comply with quality and regulatory standards to minimize business risk
Handle objections confidently and professionally
Build and maintain client relationships
Stay up to date on new products, training, and industry trends
Adapt quickly to changing business requirements
Ensure compliance with FAIS Fit & Proper requirements

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

Grade 12 (Matric)
Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Outbound Sales Call Centre, selling long-term insurance
Experience working with targets and performance metrics
Fully computer literate

Knowledge & Skills

Understanding of the Financial Services industry and relevant legislation
Strong outbound sales and client service background
Fluent in English and at least one other official South African language
Clear criminal and credit record
Willingness to work overtime to achieve goals
