Requirements:

• Education: Ability to read and write/ABET 2 (Grade 5)
• Experience:
  • Experience in building, maintenance, and repair of roads
  • Operating minor construction machines and hand tools
  • Civil construction activities
  • Willingness to sleep out using caravans

Competencies:

• Knowledge of road construction, maintenance, and repair
• Written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Teamwork skills

Duties:

• Support road specialists in maintaining and building roads and related infrastructure
• Perform manual labor
• Assist with the maintenance, repair, building, and cleaning of roads, including road surfaces, road reserves, signs, markings, waterways, and related structures
