Job Description: iStore is the home of everything Apple, and Africa’s largest Apple Premium Reseller. They are looking for tech-savvy, retail-inclined individuals with excellent communication skills to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maximize the sales opportunity in the iStore.
• Ensure that all customers receive hands-on experience with the latest Apple technology and services.
• Proactively approach and engage with customers to understand their needs, present complete solutions, and create memorable experiences.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Matric certificate.
• Some sales experience, preferably in retail, or alternatively, product knowledge would be an advantage.
• Passionate about Apple products with some experience.

Additional Information:

• This role is ideal for someone looking for flexibility, as it’s not a full-time position. You will be required to work 138 hours per month.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Exceed customer expectations by practicing customer selling techniques.
• Adhere to stock loss controls in the store.
• Ensure individual targets are met consistently.
• Ability to maximize and drive sales by identifying opportunities to increase turnover.
• Maintain housekeeping and uphold visual merchandising standards to optimize sales.
• Create an inspiring environment. Have fun.
• Transact all purchases, receive, verify, and process all payments such as cash, cards, vouchers, coupons, and any other acceptable payments.
