Job Overview

Oya PV Solar Plant, a leader in clean energy, is recruiting 44 General Workers to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to work in the renewable energy sector and contribute to a sustainable future.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Preparation: Preparing construction site materials and tools.
• Loading & Unloading: Loading and unloading materials, tools, and equipment.
• Site Cleanup: Removing debris, garbage, and dangerous materials from sites.
• Structure Assembly: Assembling and breaking down barricades, temporary structures, and scaffolding.
• Assistance: Assisting contractors and engineers on-site as required.
• Transport & Machinery: Assisting with the transport and operation of heavy machinery and equipment.
• Traffic Regulation: Regulating traffic and erecting traffic signs.
• Health & Safety: Following all health and safety regulations.
• Groundwork: Digging holes, tunnels, and shafts.
• Concrete Work: Mixing, pouring, and levelling concrete.

Qualifications:

• Education: No formal qualification is required, though Grade 10 is preferred.
• Experience: Previous experience in similar work is advantageous.
• Traits:
  • Willingness to undertake training.
  • Mild-tempered and a team player.
  • Healthy, strong, and fit.
