Key Responsibilities | Hoofverantwoordelikhede
✅ Professionally handle incoming calls / Professionele hantering van inkomende oproepe
✅ Welcome clients and visitors warmly / Verwelkom kliënte en besoekers met vriendelikheid
✅ Provide administrative support to departments / Verskaf administratiewe ondersteuning aan departemente
✅ Maintain office organization and reception area / Hou kantoor en ontvangsarea netjies en georganiseerd
✅ Collaborate with sales consultants to ensure smooth operations / Werk saam met verkoopspan vir doeltreffendheid
Requirements | Vereistes
Minimum Qualification / Minimum Kwalifikasie:
Matric Certificate (Grade 12) / Matrieksertifikaat (Graad 12)
Experience / Ervaring:
Previous experience in reception or admin roles
Proven track record in customer service and office coordination
Basic computer literacy (MS Office)
