Position: Help Desk / Call Centre Operator (Switchboard) Location: Palazzo Hotel – Montecasino Closing Date: 21 April 2026

Job Responsibilities

As a Call Centre / Help Desk Operator, you will:

• Promptly receive and professionally direct calls to the relevant departments and personnel.
• Accurately answer guests’ and callers’ requests for information about the hotel and complex.
• Manage switchboard equipment and proactively identify any technical issues to prevent downtime.
• Maintain a calm, confident, and positive attitude even under pressure.
• Deliver consistently high-quality service, either working independently or as part of a team.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12 / NQF Level 4)
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills
• Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook)
• At least 6 to 12 months experience in a similar role (Switchboard / Call Centre / Reception) in a minimum 4-star hotel or hospitality environment
