About the General Assistant (Fruit and Veg) Role

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for the following core duties (among others):

• Share accurate information about products, help customers choose items, and demonstrate how to use them.
• Solve customer problems quickly and ensure customers leave satisfied.
• Greet customers warmly, offer assistance, and answer questions with a positive attitude.
• Inform customers about current sales, promotions, and special offers.
• Ensure excellent customer service at all times to promote a positive store image.
• Handle cash and card payments accurately, issue receipts, and process refunds and exchanges.

• Maintain neat and attractive product displays in the Fruit and Veg section.

Minimum Requirements
