Key Responsibilities

As a Driver & Salesman, your role will combine transportation, sales support, and administrative duties. You will be responsible for:

Driving & Delivery

• Safely transporting goods and personnel to designated locations while adhering to company standards and road regulations.
• Ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to retailers, outlets, and customers.
• Maintaining the vehicle in excellent condition through daily checks and reporting any defects.
• Completing all delivery documentation accurately and on time.
• Adhering to all health, safety, and company vehicle policies.

Sales & Customer Service

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and retailers.
• Promoting Tiger Brands products and identifying sales opportunities during deliveries.
• Assisting customers with product queries, orders, and merchandising support.
• Providing excellent customer service to enhance brand loyalty and satisfaction.
• Handling customer complaints professionally and escalating where necessary.

Administrative & Operational Support

• Implementing and maintaining administrative systems, procedures, and policies.

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

• Grade 12 / Matric qualification.
• Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record (Code 10 or 14 advantageous for heavy vehicle operations).
• Minimum relevant experience in driving and customer service (FMCG experience preferred).
• Basic computer literacy (Excel, Word, and email).
