Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for the following core duties (among others):

• Offload goods from the truck to customers safely and efficiently.
• Carry crates to the shop and return empty crates to the truck.
• Pack goods onto the customer’s shelves or receiving area neatly and accurately.
• Count stock at the same time to ensure correct delivery quantities.
• Assist the driver when reversing and manoeuvring the vehicle.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organisation during deliveries.
• Report any damages, shortages, or issues to the driver or supervisor promptly.
• Adhere to all safety, health, and company policies at all times.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service during deliveries.
• Assist with general warehouse and loading tasks when required.
• Work collaboratively with the driver and warehouse team.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification.
