Key Responsibilities Successful candidates will be responsible for the following core duties (among others): Support recruitment and selection processes, including capturing CVs and assisting with shortlisting for vacancies. Assist with the coordination and administration of induction programmes for new employees. Help consolidate information for performance management processes. Provide administrative support for employee information management and records. Assist with the planning, coordination, facilitation, and implementation of Learning and Development initiatives. Prepare and submit salary instructions to payroll. Support the processing of UIF claims. Assist with verification of monthly payment schedules. Help capture data for annual reports and maintain the exit database. Facilitate general Human Capital Management administrative tasks. Perform filing and proper management of HC documentation. Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in all administrative duties. Meet deadlines and work independently when required. Support the broader team in achieving departmental objectives. Minimum Requirements Matric / Grade 12 (NQF Level 4). Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification (NQF Level 5). Minimum of 1 year experience in HCM / HR Administration.
