Key Responsibilities Successful candidates will be responsible for the following core cleaning and housekeeping duties (among others): Render general cleaning services across offices, corridors, boardrooms, kitchens, restrooms, and clinical areas. Collect and remove waste papers and dispose of them correctly. Freshen office areas and empty and clean dirt bins regularly. Clean walls, windows, doors, and other surfaces thoroughly. Dust and wax office furniture to maintain a professional appearance. Sweep, scrub, and wax floors; vacuum and shampoo carpets where applicable. Clean general kitchens, including basins, microwaves, and utensils. Refill hand wash liquid soap, replace toilet paper, hand towels, and air fresheners. Empty and wash waste bins daily. Keep and maintain cleaning materials and equipment in good working order. Report any broken cleaning machines or equipment promptly. Clean machines (vacuum cleaners, etc.) after use and request new cleaning materials as needed. Ensure high standards of hygiene and safety in all assigned areas.
