Key Responsibilities

As a Bread Packer, you will be responsible for executing daily production targets while maintaining quality and safety. Your main duties will include:

• Executing full and on-time daily production targets in the Packing Department.
• Ensuring the integrity and quality of bread products is never compromised during packing.
• Maintaining high housekeeping standards at all times in the production area.
• Adhering to all company rules, procedures, SOPs, and food safety requirements.
• Contributing to overall production efficiencies and minimising waste.
• Assisting with planned maintenance of assigned equipment where required.
• Completing accurate administration and record-keeping tasks.
• Supporting hygiene and cleaning protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
• Working collaboratively with the production team to achieve shift targets.
• Reporting any quality issues, equipment faults, or safety concerns promptly.
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Performing any other reasonable duties as assigned by the supervisor.

You will work in a hot manufacturing environment and must be prepared for rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays.

Minimum Requirements
