Role Overview

As a YES 4 Youth Learner, you will:

• Learn and perform loading and offloading tasks according to delivery procedures.
• Gain hands-on experience in warehouse operations and logistics.
• Follow instructions from Team Leaders and Managers.
• Report any non-conformities, defects, or issues with customer merchandise.
• Work safely and adhere to all operating procedures and safe working practices.
• Build knowledge and experience for future career opportunities in supply chain.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric (Grade 12) with English and Mathematics/Mathematical Literacy – Essential.
• South African citizen.
• Unemployed youth aged 18 – 29 years.
• BBBEE candidate.
• Valid driver’s licence (Code 08) – advantageous.
• Valid Forklift / Reach truck licence – advantageous.
