Job Description
As a UI Client Service Officer for the UIF, you will play a critical role in supporting South African workers by ensuring the efficient processing of UIF benefit applications. Your responsibilities will include:

Screening Services: Conduct initial assessments of UIF benefit applications to ensure compliance with regulations.

Processing Applications: Accurately process applications for unemployment, maternity, illness, adoption, and dependent benefits.

Payment Registration: Register payment continuation forms to facilitate timely disbursements.

Administrative Support: Perform administrative tasks to support seamless service delivery, adhering to the Batho Pele Principles.
