Key Duties and Responsibilities
As a UI Claims Officer, your primary duties will include:

Receiving and assessing Unemployment Insurance (UI) claims using departmental systems.

Registering employers and verifying employee declarations.

Processing and executing payments for approved claims within set timeframes.

Handling customer enquiries related to UI claims and the claims process.
-
Performing administrative support duties as required within the section.
