Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will be responsible for the following core duties (among others):

  • Territory Coverage Effectively cover all agreed outlets at optimum frequencies in a cost-effective manner. Complete all allocated calls and maintain accurate territory administration. Develop and grow the designated sales area through consistent execution.
  • Perfect Store Execution Maintain and grow Perfect Store databases focusing on availability, distribution, pricing, visibility, placements, and messaging. Build quality relationships with store owners and decision-makers through effective communication. Influence retailers by presenting compelling insights and commercial proposals.
  • Stock Management Manage orders to ensure all Red Bull SKUs are in stock and on display at all times. Maintain stock levels necessary for continuous availability to consumers.
  • POS Management Secure and improve the in-store presence of the Red Bull brand. Ensure POS material is correctly placed, up-to-date, and impactful. Guarantee promotional compliance from the first day of agreed campaigns.
  • Administration and Reporting Complete all necessary administrative tasks accurately and on time. Implement Head Office agreements and merchandising standards. Provide regular feedback and reports on territory performance.
  • Additional expectations include professional conduct with colleagues, customers, and suppliers, and a strong focus on safety and compliance at all times.

Minimum Requirements

  • Proven sales track record in FMCG (branded or retail experience preferred).

  • Willingness to travel 90-100% of the time in the assigned territory.
  • Matric or equivalent qualification.
