Introduction:
Sleepmasters is seeking dynamic and results-driven Salespersons to join their team in Bizana. The primary focus of the role is to sell products to customers, ensure customer satisfaction, and contribute to the overall growth of the business. The ideal candidates will build relationships with customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform sales activities to generate revenue.
Meet or exceed sales targets and income goals.
Ensure customer satisfaction through merchandising and excellent service.
Process cash and credit transactions in line with company policies.
Engage with customers in a customer-centric manner.

Minimum Requirements:

Grade 12 / Matric.
7 – 12 months of sales experience, preferably in the retail industry.
