Role Purpose

Momentum Health Solutions is offering an exciting learnership opportunity starting from 01 September 2024 to 01 August 2025. This learnership aims to provide both theoretical knowledge and practical experience, leading to an Occupational Certificate: Health Care Benefits Advisor NQF Level 5, SAQA ID 105030.

Requirements

• Completed Grade 12 (Matric).
• Passed Mathematics with a minimum of 40% or Mathematical Literacy with a minimum of 60%.
• Passed English and another South African language with a minimum of 50%.
• Computer literacy is an advantage.
• Unemployed and can commit to a 12-month programme.
• People with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
• South African citizens between 18 and 30 years.
• Available from 01 September 2024 to 31 August 2025.
• Able to commute to the workplace independently.
• Not enrolled in part-time or full-time tertiary education during the learnership.
• Not have completed the same learnership previously.
• Upload certified copies of Matric certificate and ID (not older than 3 months).

Duties and Responsibilities

• Attend classroom and on-the-job training activities.
• Gain knowledge of company products, policies, and procedures.
• Compile a Portfolio of Evidence for submission to SETA.
• Complete logbooks for work-based learning.
• Complete formative and summative assessments.
• Demonstrate skills using company systems and understanding operational processes.
• Conduct yourself professionally, adhering to MMH values.
