Position Summary:

As a Sales Associate, you will represent our brand, deliver top-notch service, and drive sales. We’re looking for enthusiastic, energetic, and confident individuals who are target-driven and customer-focused to help us create a welcoming and exciting shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Ambassador: Represent @Home and ensure every customer interaction reflects our brand values and exceptional customer service standards.
- Customer Solutions: Exceed customer expectations by identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Sales Performance: Actively monitor your sales performance, striving to meet and exceed individual and team targets.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest décor, furniture, and fashion trends to offer informed recommendations.
- New Sales Opportunities: Proactively seek opportunities to boost sales through cross-selling and upselling.
- Stock Replenishment: Assist with restocking and ensuring the store remains neat, organized, and ready for customers.
- Customer Loyalty: Build and maintain customer relationships, fostering loyalty to @Home and TFG brands.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Education: Grade 12 (Matric) certificate is required.
- Experience: Prior experience in retail, customer service, or sales is advantageous but not essential.
