Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: AET Level 4 / Grade 9.
- Knowledge and skills in:
- Cleaning procedures and safety requirements.
- Operating appliances and performing routine tasks.
- Basic literacy and numeracy.

Key Duties:
- Serve refreshments and manage cleanup after breaks.
- Clean and maintain various office spaces, including windows, floors, and surfaces.
- Dispose of rubbish and ensure hygiene standards in toilets and other areas.
