Qualifications and Requirements
- Education: Grade 12 or equivalent qualification as recognized by the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA).
- Skills:
- Computer literacy
- Good communication skills
- Interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities
- Call Management: Receive incoming and outgoing calls, and transfer calls to the relevant extensions.
- Query Handling: Administer requisition forms and respond to queries.
- Message Management: Take messages and refer them to the relevant person.
