MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

South African citizen

Unemployed and not previously in an internship

Tertiary Qualification (NQF Level 6 or 7) in one of the following:

Environmental Health / Environmental Science
-
Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Mechatronics, Construction or Industrial Engineering

Occupational Health / Hygiene / Analytical Chemistry
-
Explosives Management or Explosives Engineering

KEY DUTIES
-
Assist in OHS inspections to ensure compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act (Act 85 of 1993).
-
Provide administrative support to inspectors.
-
Assist with incident investigations and complaint follow-ups.
-
Support inspectors during enforcement activities.
-
Help compile reports from inspections and investigations.
