About the Role
Dis-Chem Pharmacies is looking for a creative and customer-focused Gift Wrapper to join their Glen Acres team!
If you love beautiful packaging, have a keen eye for detail, and enjoy making customers smile, this role is perfect for you.
You’ll be responsible for wrapping and decorating customer purchases with style, ensuring every parcel leaves the store looking festive, elegant, and professional.
Key Responsibilities
✨ Gift Wrapping

Assist customers in selecting wrapping materials such as paper, ribbons, and bows.

Wrap packages neatly and professionally following company standards.

Remove price tags and include gift receipts with every package.

Organize and safely store wrapped gifts in the holding area.

Perform additional duties as requested by management.
Customer Service

Provide friendly, helpful, and professional assistance at all times.

Greet customers and identify their needs promptly.

Resolve customer queries efficiently and courteously.

Always wear the correct uniform and name badge.

Report any suspicious or inappropriate behaviour immediately.

South African Citizen

Grade 12 / Senior Certificate (Essential)

Clear criminal and credit record (MIE verified)

Available to work retail hours, weekends, and holidays as needed
