Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure all received products are sealed according to standards.
• Check for leakages or expired packages before moving stock to bin locations.
• Replenish bin locations following stock holding and picking principles.
• Apply FIFO (First In, First Out) stock rotation procedures.
• Ensure products are clean and in saleable condition before replenishment.
• Report any damaged packaging/products to the line manager.
• Raise stock concerns to management when necessary.
• Participate in stock counts and team meetings.
• Adhere to health and safety regulations and warehouse SOPs.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and ensure a tidy work area.
• Handle stock according to signage and care instructions.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 certificate is required.
• Knowledge of cosmetics and fragrance products is an advantage.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse operations (picking, packing, checking, replenishing, dispatching).
• Experience with stock cycle counts and stock takes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
