Job Description: As a Full-Time Sales Associate, you will become a brand ambassador for HUGO BOSS. You will work with passion, ambition, and expertise to provide an outstanding shopping experience, present exciting merchandise, and execute operational strategies that contribute to positive operating profits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Utilize effective communication skills to deliver exceptional service and drive business.
- Sales Performance: Focus on relationship selling, building a client base, and providing exemplary customer service to achieve positive personal sales results.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain awareness of all product information, merchandise promotions, and advertisements.
- Community Engagement: Cultivate relationships with the community through personal involvement, PR events, and advertising opportunities.
- Sales Transactions: Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions, maintaining proper cash and media accountabilities at POS registers.
- Store Maintenance: Assist in merchandising, display maintenance, and housekeeping.
- Policy Adherence: Execute all company policies, procedures, and practices including signing, pricing, and loss prevention.
Your Profile:
- Education: BS College Degree preferred or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 2-3 years of specialty retail sales experience.
- Skills: Strong customer service and selling experience, independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sophistication: High level of taste and sophistication consistent with the HUGO BOSS lifestyle philosophy.
