Requirements

• Qualifications: Senior Certificate (Matric)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of driving experience
• License: Valid C1 driver’s license with PDP
• Additional Advantage:
  • Driving experience in reputable organizations with traceable references
  • Knowledge of:
    • Motor vehicle operation procedures (trip authorities, logbooks, fuel procurement, basic services)
    • Internal processes (record-keeping, file retrieval, distribution matrix)
    • Government structures, regulations, and organizational policies
  • Client orientation and customer focus
  • Communication and accountability skills

Key Responsibilities

• Drive light and medium vehicles to transport passengers and goods (mail, documents, assets)
• Conduct routine maintenance checks and report vehicle defects promptly
• Complete vehicle records and logbooks
• Transport staff to designated locations for official duties
