Successful applicants will work at Clover’s Call Centre in Constantia Park, Roodepoort, and attend prescribed classes. By the end of the learnership, participants will have achieved an NQF qualification and gained valuable experience in a world-class Call Centre environment. Preference: Applicants from the West Rand surrounding areas are encouraged to apply, and persons with a disability are especially encouraged. Requirements Education: Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4 Completion Period: Grade 12/Matric completed in the past 5 years (2019-2023) Grades: Average of 60% for English and Maths or Maths Literacy Skills: Computer literacy (Advanced) Employment Status: Currently unemployed Experience: Must not have participated in a learnership before Competencies Proactive and action-oriented Honest and consistent Maintains high standards Effective interpersonal skills Commitment and motivation Collaborative Customer-oriented Effective communication Numerical skills Duties and Responsibilities Customer Service: Provide a high level of customer service, handle inbound and outbound interactions, and resolve queries and complaints through relevant stakeholders. Order Management: Capture and confirm customer orders accurately and timely, inform customers of accounts on hold, and sell Clover and Principal products.
