Available Positions

1. Drivers Drivers support store operations by delivering parts and products to customers or between branches safely and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver parts and orders to customers or other branches.
• Load and unload vehicles carefully.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform basic safety checks.
• Follow delivery schedules and routes.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service during deliveries.
• Report any vehicle issues or incidents promptly.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s licence (Code 08 or higher preferred).
• Clean driving record.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Good communication skills.
• Previous delivery experience is an advantage.

2. Cashiers Cashiers are the face of the store and play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Handle cash, card, and other payment methods.
• Provide excellent customer service and product information.
• Maintain till accuracy and perform daily cash-ups.
• Assist with general store duties when required.
• Promote AutoZone products and specials.

Requirements:

• Grade 12 / Matric preferred (Grade 10 minimum in some cases).
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
• Friendly personality and good communication skills.
• Previous cashier or retail experience is advantageous.
• Honesty and reliability.

3. Packers / General Workers Packers and General Workers keep the store and warehouse running smoothly by handling stock efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, unpack, and pack stock.
• Pick and prepare orders accurately.
• Maintain stock levels and assist with inventory counts.
• Keep the warehouse and store areas clean and organised.
• Assist with merchandising and shelf packing.
• Support the team with general operational duties.

Requirements:

• Grade 10 or Grade 12.
• Physically fit and able to handle stock.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous warehouse, packing, or retail experience is an advantage.
