Job Description:

1 – Sales Focus:

  • Achieve customer growth, revenue, and collections targets as defined by the bank.
  • Meet and exceed individual activity metrics for all product lines.
  • Execute the Bank’s sales strategy for Product & Value Added Services.
  • Conduct outbound calling to target both existing and prospective customers.
  • Convert sales opportunities received through various channels.
  • Establish and maintain business relationships with customers.
  • Participate in cross-selling bank products.
  • Maintain detailed tracking of pipeline management and prospect data.
  • Conduct financial needs analysis and make needs-based sales.
  • Adhere to supervision requirements for all financial products.
  • Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to management.
  • Ensure effective Cash Management, CAM Management, and Credit Card Administration & Fulfillment.
  • Take accountability for personal results.

2 – Marketing Focus:

  • Stay updated on products, competitive activities, and advertising trends.
  • Identify referral opportunities.
  • Generate new business through marketing activities and promotions.
  • Participate in community events to increase business opportunities.

3 – Risk & Compliance Focus:

  • Complete product applications accurately and timely to mitigate risk.
  • Comply with all policies/procedures related to customer interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and the Bank’s policies.
  • Report incidents and instances required in terms of regulatory requirements.
  • Report fraudulent behavior incidents via the correct channels.
  • Execute a “zero defect” prerogative in terms of Deal Quality and Capturing of Income & Expenses Error Rate.
  • Ensure compliance with FAIS journey parameters and guidelines.

4 – Customer Service:

  • Ensure compliance with the Bank’s Customer Service Standard and relevant legislation.
  • Uphold TCF principles.
  • Assist team members in enhancing their ability to engage with customers.
  • Satisfy all customers’ financial needs and help them succeed financially.

5 – Training & Development:

  • Participate in ongoing sales/service development training.
  • Complete all product and services training initiatives.
  • Complete risk and compliance training initiatives.

6 – Operational Activities:

  • Ensure compliance with security and safety procedures within the branch.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required by Management.
