Tracker Connect is offering an extraordinary opportunity to 25 young individuals in South Africa, brimming with potential, through a Call Centre Learnership NQF Level 4. This program will be based at Tracker Head Office in Johannesburg. The primary objective of the Learnership is to equip unemployed youth with essential call centre skills, experience, and knowledge required to deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Outputs:

This comprehensive learning intervention is a full qualification comprising structured unit standard-based learning coupled with practical workplace experience, totaling 132 credits. Upon completing the qualification, participants will be equipped with the following competencies:

Competencies:

  • Efficiently resolve customer queries on first contact.
  • Accurate capturing and updating of information.
  • Maintain Customer Service standards in high-pressure environments.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in product marketing and sales.
  • Proactively engage in upselling and cross-selling different products.
  • Familiarity with viewing invoices, adjustments, advance payments, credit notes, and payment allocations.
  • Handling electronic communication efficiently.
  • Support data integrity campaigns.
  • Contracting, scheduling, and understanding Tracker systems.

Minimum Requirements:

  • South African Citizenship with a valid SA ID.
  • Age between 18 and 35 with no Criminal Record.
  • Matriculation with a D/Level 4 pass in English language.
  • Currently unemployed and not studying full-time.
  • Demonstrate a passion for customer service and maintain professionalism.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Eagerness and potential to learn.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and pressurized environment.
  • Proficient in basic computer skills.
