Job Requirements

Requirements vary by role, but general qualifications include:

• Education:

  • In-Store Champs: Grade 12 or equivalent; no experience needed.

  • Sales Supervisor: Grade 12; retail experience preferred.

  • Store Manager: Grade 12; diploma in retail management or 2–3 years of store management experience.

  • Area Sales Manager: Diploma/degree in business or retail; 3–5 years managing multiple stores.

• Experience: Entry-level roles require no experience, while supervisory/management roles need 1–5 years in retail.

• Skills:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.

  • Teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
